The XT Trade Copier communicates with CrossTrade servers, but it's built to run locally and at extreme speed.

It is completely resilient in the face of complete connection loss to the CrossTrade mothership. In the face of connection loss, it will continue execution using the last-known configuration that it received. So if you're trading, it's copying.
